Eligibility criteria for  HIT Consultant Budget Vacancy in 2024

• Qualification: Graduation (16 years) or equivalent with a 1st division throughout academic career.
• Expertise required in Financial Management, Management and Financial Accounting, Financial Analysis, Business Forecasting, and Risk Management.
• Other competencies include knowledge of Procurement and Contracts Management (preferably public Procurement Rules), development of KPIs, and Data Analysis and Management.
• Experience needed: At least four years at the senior management level in budgeting matters in Govt/Public Sector Organizations.
• Knowledge of the Public Finance Management Act, Treasury Single Account Rules, State Owned Enterprises Act, and Public Sector Companies Rules is necessary.
• A practical understanding of Financial Regulation, General Financial Rule, Military Accounts code, and system of Financial control and Budgeting is required.
• Preference for Budget-related experience in Defence Production Establishments/Defence Industry.
• Experience in coordination with Government, Ministries, GHQ, CsMA, FBR, and SBP (including LC Opening Banks) is preferred.

The age limit for this position is At least 53 years (as of the last date of application submission), and the pay package is negotiable. The consultants will be hired for three years.
