Contract Management & Procurement Officer

Number of Positions: 01
Qualification Required: Master’s Degree in Economics or Bachelor in Engineering (Civil or Electrical or Mechanical) with minimum 2nd Division from an HEC-recognized university / Institute. Must have valid professional certified course(s) in contract/procurement management subject.
Experience Required: At least Eight (08) years relevant experience in public sector / private organization / combined. Must have skills in preparing PC 1 proforma, and government tenders bidding documents, and be well-versed in SPPRA rules and different procurement procedures. Excellent English vocabulary and letter drafting skills, proficiency in MS Office especially MS Excel and MS Word.
Required Age: Not exceeding 50 years

Admin Coordination & Management Supervisor

Qualification Required: Bachelor’s Degree with 16 years of relevant experience, with a minimum 2nd Division from a recognized University / Institute.
Experience Required: At least 05 years verifiable and relevant experience in the public sector project / private organization in admin coordination and management assignments. Must have skills in managing office and field administration, and be proficient in MS Excel and MS Word. Preference is given to candidates with practical working exposure in relevant fields and strong knowledge of vendor management.

Accounts Assistant

Qualification: B.Com (minimum 2nd Division) OR Degree in Business Administration with a minimum 3 GPA from a recognized University.
Experience: At least 05 years relevant experience in the public sector project / private organization in the field of Accounts. Must have skills in drafting government documents, bookkeeping, voucher preparations, accounting principles, and maintaining financial reports. Preference is given to candidates with practical working exposure to government finance, taxes, accounts, and audit systems, and proficiency in MS Excel & MS Word.

Qualification: At least a Middle Pass with a valid Driving License.
Experience: At least 04 years of relevant experience in the public sector project / private organization. Must be familiar with all Karachi routes, especially government offices. Preference is given to candidates with working exposure to government offices.
