Offered Vacancies & Eligibility Criteria:
- Director Finance:
- Must be a member of a recognized body of professional accountants or have a Masters in Finance/Accounting with first division throughout from an HEC-approved institution.
- Should have extensive knowledge of Finance and Accounting with a minimum of 12 years of post-qualification experience, including 5 years in middle management or higher positions with medium or large-scale private or public organizations.
- Director HR & Admin:
- Should hold an MBA (HR)/Masters in HR from an accredited foreign/local HEC recognized university.
- Must have at least 12 years of post-qualification relevant experience in the Public/Private Sector, with 5 years in middle or higher management positions.
- Having a Diploma in Labour Law will be an advantage.
- Company Secretary:
- Should be a member of a recognized body of professional accountants or a corporate/certified secretary holding a Master’s degree in Business Administration or Commerce or a Law graduate from an HEC-recognized university.
- Minimum of 10 years of post-qualification experience in corporate organizations, with at least 5 years of full-time experience as a Company Secretary.
- WAPDA PITC Jobs 2024
- Must be a Law Graduate from an HEC-recognized university of good repute.
- Preference will be given to candidates with an LLM or Bar at Law qualification.
- Must be a practicing lawyer of the High Court for 15 years.
- Should have a full grasp of corporate/company laws, and preference will be given to candidates with experience in dealing with employee service matters.
