• Divisional Head Operations
  • Experience: At least 12 years after getting qualified. Candidates with banking experience are preferred.
  • Qualification: A bachelor’s degree. Candidates with relevant master’s degrees or professional qualifications are preferred.
  • Responsibilities:
    • Improve and manage the bank’s operations for better efficiency.
    • Create and execute operational strategies to meet short and long-term goals.
    • Ensure the bank follows regulatory rules and best practices.
• Divisional Head Finance/Accounts
  • Experience: At least 12 years after getting qualified. Candidates with banking experience are preferred.
  • Qualification: Chartered Accountant (C.A).
  • Responsibilities:
    • Supervise financial reporting and analysis.
    • Manage liquidity and prepare budgets.
    • Deal with tax matters and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Head (People Services)
  • Experience: At least 12 years after getting qualified, specifically in banking.
  • Qualification: A bachelor’s degree. Candidates with relevant master’s degrees or professional qualifications are preferred.
  • Responsibilities:
    • Maintain positive bank-employee relationships.
    • Manage employee advances and disciplinary processes.
